Πλαστό λένε την παραδοσιακή πίτα που αντί να ανοίξουν φύλλο φτιάχνουν ένα χυλό από καλαμποκάλευρο, γάλα, νερό και λάδι. Συνηθίζεται σε όλη σχεδόν τη Στερεά Ελλάδα και τη Θεσσαλία.
